How do the reminders work?
Everyone gets email reminders at 30 days, 2 weeks, 1 week, and on the day something expires. Each email includes a direct link to the correct renewal portal for your state — one tap to renew. Pro users also get SMS reminders. If you chuck in something that's already expired, we'll let you know straight away. And if you still haven't renewed it, we'll keep nudging you weekly.
What's the tradie profile?
Every TradiShield user gets a live tradie profile — a shareable link you can send to any builder or client. It shows all your documents and their status (valid, expiring, expired) in real time. No PDFs to email, no screenshots — just one link that's always up to date. Free users show document names and status. Pro users get a Pro badge and show full details like policy numbers, issuers, and coverage amounts.
How do I share my tradie profile?
Your profile lives at a unique URL (like tradishield.com/verify/you). You can copy the link and send it however you like — text, email, WhatsApp. Pro users can also send it via SMS directly from the dashboard — just tap 'Share Profile', punch in the builder's number, and they'll get a text with your link.
What's the site report?
It's a one-page PDF with all your creds on it — licence numbers, insurance details, expiry dates, the lot. Green for current, red for expired. There's a QR code on it too, so the builder can scan it and see your live status. Pro feature.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free lets you track up to 5 documents with email reminders and a shareable tradie profile — no time limit, no credit card. Pro gives you unlimited documents, SMS reminders, AI document scanning, AI chatbot, PDF site reports with QR codes, a Pro tradie profile with full details, and the ability to share your profile via SMS. $7.99/month or $69/year. We're also working on a Business plan for builders and crew leads who need to manage multiple people's docs.
Can I cancel if it's not for me?

Is my stuff safe?
Your documents are locked down tight — only you can see your files. We don't share your data with anyone. Ever. Your tradie profile only shows what's necessary for verification — no file downloads, no personal details beyond your business info.
